Tucked away in a quiet corner of Normanville, this private coastal retreat offers couples (and the occasional little traveller) a peaceful place to pause, reconnect and enjoy the uncomplicated pleasures of the Fleurieu Coast. Just minutes from Normanville Beach and the township, it's close to everything, while feeling wonderfully removed from it all.

This isn't a place to rush through. It's a place to settle into.

The Space

Thoughtfully designed and beautifully simple, The Studio is completely self-contained with its own private entrance, courtyard and lawn area. Open country views stretch beyond the property, with glimpses of the ocean waiting from the lawn – best enjoyed slowly, coffee in hand.

Inside you'll find a light-filled space designed for comfort in every season, with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. Outside, the private courtyard and BBQ invite long breakfasts, easy dinners and conversations that don't need an ending.
It's everything you need, and nothing you don't.

What a great little place for a getaway! My wife and I were after a little overnight getaway on the Fleurieu and came across this place. Quiet, clean, comfy and everything we could ask for a quick getaway! And the complimentary bottle of bubbles made our arrival all the more special! Thanks Andrew!!
