Upstairs is the heart of the home — open, bright, and designed for connection.

The living space is anchored by oversized, sink-in sofas made for doing absolutely everything or nothing at all — reading, napping, bingeing a series, or losing track of time with the people you’re with. Featuring a 65` Samsung Smart TV and Klipsch Sound Bar Subwoofer, ideal both for music (Bluetooth capability) and movies with all the latest streaming apps (own account required).

Bold surf-inspired artwork and pops of colour bring a fun, coastal personality to the space without ever feeling forced.

The kitchen, dining and lounge flow together effortlessly, opening through wide doors to a large balcony deck. This is where the day naturally unfolds — sunrise coffees in the quiet, long shared lunches in the middle of the day, and dinners outside as the sun drops and the sky softens. Well equipped with PURA TAP filtered water, sandwich press, rice cooker, electric wok and Delonghi Nespresso Pod Machine.

Downstairs, the bedrooms offer a calm contrast — cool, comfortable, and designed for rest after full days in the sun. The layout works beautifully for families and groups, with space for everyone to spread out and reset.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
