Villa 95 is a modern and a beautiful holiday property located at South Shores Resort, Normanville on the Fleurieu Peninsula. With an outlook overlooking the lagoon, it makes for an ideal getaway for families and friends. The resort is located in a gated secured community with direct beach access (via private boardwalk) and is surrounded by picturesque country scenery.
Recently, the new owners have remodelled this Executive style villa, including refreshing styling and furnishing changes that provide you with a home away from home experience that is sure to top your expectations.
Enjoy the open-plan living space, with well-equipped kitchen (PURA TAP filtered water, sandwich press, rice cooker, electric wok) and spacious living and dining areas on the upper level that open up to the balcony. Villa 95 is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The living area features a 65" Samsung Smart TV and Klipsch Sound Bar Subwoofer, ideal both for music (Bluetooth capability) and movies from the DVD collection (including a kids section) provided in the Games Room. The TV is set up with all the latest streaming apps (own account required).
Guests can enjoy entertaining on the deck, with bi-fold doors allowing seamless connection between the dining area and balcony entertainment areas so they can enjoy the lagoon view and water fountains.
The stunning Yellowfin Villa sleeps up to 10 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, built in robes, and an ensuite bathroom. The upper level also has a separate toilet, which is convenient for guests. We also have a separate laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer.
Bedroom 2 (Queen incl wall mounted TV) and Bedroom 3 (Double Bunk room sleeps 6) are located on the lower level and have ready access to a generous size 2nd bathroom. The lower-level private deck area situated outside bedroom 3 provides an alfresco setting.
Enjoy your morning or afternoon coffees on the upper or lower decks and access to the Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided).
The owners have recently renovated the converted garage to create a new games room that provides fun for the whole family, including a 55" Smart TV with DVD and Apple TV, Table Tennis and Foosball tables, Xbox One, DVD and Books libraries, Board Games, and a drinks fridge.
The South Shores Resort is situated in landscaped gardens and offers many amenities including two Solar Heated Swimming Pools, bike track, basketball stand, children’s playground area and reserve/barbecue areas. A boardwalk offers direct access to the pristine Normanville beach.
The Fleurieu Peninsula offers a variety of places to explore outside the resort, including sports activities, great food, wineries, breweries, arts and crafts, as well as festivals, shows, and markets.

Lovely spot

This was a great spot - really good for kids with a seperate area for the kids. Beautiful view from the balcony. There were also great facilities throughout the venue. Everyone was very friendly and the checkin process was great

Family Holiday

We had a 2 night stay at this beautiful villa. The Villa was very well equipped covering all of our needs of 5 adults and three children under 2. The gate at the top of the stairs gave us peace of mind for the safety of our little ones. The beds were extremely comfortable with firm mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped, which covered all our cooking needs. We enjoyed our evening meals sitting on the deck with the beautiful lagoon vista. We look forward to choosing this property again for our next family holiday.

Great place to stay if with friends or family

Was a great space to socialise, the games room was a great area. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean and modern. Had a great time. Beach is a 5 min walk away and pool facilities were good. Will definitely be back. One thing I would say is that it is annoying to bring your own sheets, and other miscellaneous items you need such as bin bags and paper towel.

We loved the property, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great living area overlooking the lake. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the cleanliness of the property…when we arrived the coffee machine was dirty and used pods were not emptied, the bin under the sink was a bit smelly as there was some scraps left under it (it is a pull out bin so it is easy to miss but I would have expected it to be cleaned). Also cutlery was dirty and some of the plates too so we had to run most of them through dishwasher cycle to have a fresh start. However we still loved staying there and would recommend 🙂

Wonderful spot!

Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay in Villa 95! The games room was a great addition, especially enjoyed by our two teenagers. Great atmosphere sitting on the deck looking over the lagoon. Bath mats & tissues would be a great addition by owners as we didn't think to bring these.

Fantastic home away from home

We stayed there in the winter and not a good time for outdoor activities. But we didn't miss anything. We stayed mostly in the villa chilling our time while the kids got many activities to be busy with - game room, movies, board games. The villa was very clean, modern and it got everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend the villa 95 for a family stay.

Nice little break

Neat and clean. Well equiped with high chair, cups and bowls suitable for young children. The kids were happy with the games room, except the Xbox didn’t really have suitable games and we were unable to get sound on the tvs. Lovely spot in walking distance to the beach. Would happily stay again

The perfect getaway

Lovely villa all the comforts of home will definitely book again. Would love a patio heater if that was a possibility for when the nights get a little cool outside. Didn’t have any impact on our weekend though it was fantastic
