Schlechter Zustand!!

In dem Haus war sehr sehr viel Schimmel. Im gesamten Poolbereich, in den Schlafzimmern und auch im Wohnzimmer. Einige sind dadurch krank geworden! Sehr viel Staub in der Unterkunft. Geschirr und Gläser haben gefehlt. Keine Staubsaugerbeutel, der im Staubsauger war voll. Mit Novasol wurde telefoniert uns wurde gesagt jemand würde am nächsten Tag vorbeikommen und auch die fehlenden Sachen bringen es kam aber keiner. Dieses Haus ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!

- Ferienhaus nicht sonderlich sauber - Geschirr nicht für 10 Personen wie beschrieben ausreichend - Wir sollen in 7 Tagen mit 3 Erwachsenen und ein Kleinkind über 500 kWh Strom verbraucht haben. - Kein Stromzähler zum Nachweis auffindbar. - Nach Bemängelung der Stromrechnung meldet sich Novasol nicht mehr.

Nächstes Mal direkt über Novasol buchen

Leider gab es im Vorwege bei der Buchung sehr viel Stress, da die Zahlungsinformationen auf der Homepage von Fewo-direkt nicht mit den Zahlungsmodalitäten von Novasol übereinstimmen. Eine doppelt geleistete Rate in Höhe von 535€ wurde uns bis heute nicht erstattet. Fewo-direkt hat uns bei der Klärung direkt im Stich gelassen. Das Mietobjekt an sich ist einwenig verwahrlost, abgerissene Lamellen im Wohnbereich, lose Türgriffe u.ä.. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so, wie man es sich wünschen würde. Die Siele im Poolbereich waren noch voller Haare und das Sofa war sehr sandig. Ein Highlight war dafür die Küche, diese war wirklich sauber und ist mit modernen Geräten und allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Top. Die Schlafräume sind alle mit modernen Boxspringbetten ausgestattet und können individuell mit Toppern und zusätzlichen Matratzen bestückt werden. So ist für jeden Rücken der richtige Komfort gewährleistet.
