Room was on the top floor, very nice view. Everything was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. Check-in/out was very easy and breakfast was ok. Room has a microwave, coffee maker, and the front desk had hot chocolate and more coffee. Even though we stayed for 1 night, it was very worth the price in my eyes.

I stayed here for new years on the first night of my stay I was introduced to stains on the carpet and mysterious stains on the bed sheets. Later that night after the ball dropped me and my friends decided to take a stroll outside especially because it was snowing (I’m not from New England I don’t ever see snow) we walk outside for a little bit and finally come back inside. I was looking at the shop to buy me and my girlfriend some ice cream when one of the lady’s comes out And ask personal questions like “how old are you guys?”, “what’s your names”, “where are you guys going”, “what room are you staying in”. And then she proceeded to tell us “stop walking in n out of here I’m the one that’s gonna have to clean this up!!!” (Okay sorry you have to do your job!) This is outrageous I’ve never in my life of my stays have I ever been treated to this level of disrespect. She harassed and spooked me and my friends for the rest of the night we were extremely uncomfortable and almost scared for our safety. The next day I ordered food to be delivered to my room it was specified to be taken to my room. That same front desk lady took this opportunity to hold my food hostage to make another attempt to complain to me about the night prior about how she doesn’t want to do her job because how dare we return to our hotel room. She then asked me personal questions once again “who bought the room” “how old are you ?” “How long are you stayin” she claimed to be apologizing but there was no sorry
