This gorgeous townhome which just finished construction in February 2025 has all the luxury, amenities, and relaxation you need after coming home from a long day on the course. Centrally located to everything you need. Just minutes from downtown North Augusta and downtown Augusta. Parking for up to (4) vehicles in the driveway. Numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and the North Augusta Greenway just around the corner. Beautiful open floor plan downstairs with full bar top, large red cedar table for dining, lounge seating, half bath, and a 75" TV so you can catch up on what you missed on the course that day. Has its own outdoor oasis with a covered back porch, sectional sofa seating, a RecTec grill, and firepit backing up to the wood line. Sit by the fire and watch the beautiful sunsets while grilling up a meal. No expense has been spared in making this rental the ultimate oasis to come home too.
