The breakfast menu was more varied than we originally thought for a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and the location close to the interstate and restaurants.

Carpet in the room needed to be vacuumed. Paint colors and glossy finish were sickening. Bed linens and towels were fresh and clean. Waaaaaay too much salt was spread outside on the property.

There was a roach crawling on my shower curtain while I was taking a shower. Unfortunately there wasn’t another king suite available to switch to so was an uncomfortable feeling all night. And they hold an additional $150 deposit even though the website says there won’t be any additional charges.

The room wasn't very clean. I never got housekeeping the entire 7 day stay. The microwave was dirty. The shower head was disgusting. The top didn't hold water. Bugs in the room including spiders, a roach, and the last day of bed bug. I was accused of planting the bed bug and denied a discount or the ability to extend my stay and a new clean room. The pool is so tiny it looks like a kiddie pool in your backyard and the gym is like a closet with three pieces of equipment. And one of the hallways wreaked of cat urine. Also wanted the side doors never locked so the security was lacking as well.

BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel has bed bugs, we are covered in bites and had to leave in the middle of the night in order to spend 4.5 hours washing and exterminating everything ourselves before having to pay even more money on a new hotel to protect ourselves.
