North Avoca also has awesome coffee and food at 'The Boy and the Rose Cafe'' and a general store with everything you need, from sunscreen to meat for the BBQ. Paddleboards, pedal boats and kayaks are available for hire at nearby Avoca Lagoon. In the heart of Terrigal, you will find boutique shops, trendy cafes, some of the best fine dining restaurants in NSW and great live music.

Close to Nth Avoca beach and 5 mins drive to Terrigal
The location was excellent; it was very quiet and the surrounding area was flat and easy for walks. The unit was spotlessly clean. There is a lock up garage where you have access to a beautiful peaceful courtyard, through a gate and into the back of the unit. Beware if you have a large car, the driveway is very narrow and we only just fitted. Our car is a BMW X3. Everything you might need was catered for (oops, there was a space for an oven and cook top but it was not there. That was unusual and a wee bit inconvenient, however you can plug in an electric portable hot plate). We were very grateful to find a nice place that was dog friendly. Ours is a Labrador, he is an outside dog only and was very comfortable in the courtyard during our stay. We would recommend the property. The owners have made the unit very welcoming and we would definitely go back.

Such a beautiful property and area, we were just 2 minutes from the off-leash part of Nth Avoca Beach straight down the road. The property was clean, the bed super comfy and lovely courtyard to sit.

Enjoyable stay in this 2 bedroom unit. Lovely courtyard, everything we needed. Close to beach. Very comfortable bed. Great that we could take our little dog too. Would recommend.
