Fab beach house for a getaway of up to 8

Maggies is the beach house you have been looking for, and well worth the money!We have stayed in a number of beach houses over the years, however this is right up there with the best. Was perfect for a Xmas week stay. What we loved most:- view over South Avoca and the lake- walking distance to Avoca shops, and the beautiful South and North Avoca patrolled beaches- no expense has been spared on the finishes, from the kitchen and living spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms. - kids loved the games room and table tennis table- quiet cul-de-sac location with plenty of parking for two large vehicles under cover - property would work well for two families as top floor has effectively two master bedrooms with two further double bedrooms on the mezzanine- great pool if you don’t want to do the beach. Especially good if windy and protected on most sides by the house and neighbouring houses- communication with the friendly hosts was top notch, we only had one small issue which they sorted out immediately. And check in and out very smooth - great to have one access code for all doors and the electronic entry gate. Mongoose with keys!
