Booked thru Expedia when we arrived in the room only had one king bed wanted 2 queen. Was told by rude front seak person that’s what you booked thru Expedia was very upset. Went and calmed down cake back with an email confirming our room With two queen beds. Then they kept saying we are fully booked no other rooms. My son then says you mean to tell me in this whole hotel you don’t have one spare room with two beds. She hummed and hawed then says we have an emergency room with 2 queen bed. Good we will take it then. So they lied to us about availability and blamed us that we were lying about how we booked the room and NO APOLOGY when we showed the one girl our confirmation of the room booking. Terrible service would never ever recommend.

this is a bright and modern hotel with pleasant staff. no trouble with check in. the breakfast area was well kept, but plates were hoarded to make sure only guests with a coupon were in attendance. as a result guests were reusing plates. not a good thing for health reasons.
