The room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom nice and clean. Very welcoming staff. We wanted to go swimming, but the pool was very cold for this time a year.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s now my go-to hotel when I travel to North Bay. We always get the suite as it provides us with lots of space. It’s always cleaned well. The staff are excellent…they are friendly and help us with whatever we may need. Also, the breakfast is excellent and far better than other hotels!

Breakfast is always awesome! Gym and pool room are a bit small but always empty when we go! Likely why hotels started to incorporate smaller amenities - they don’t get used! But despite size it’s perfect for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Appreciate the one bedroom suite amenities and staff are always super kind.

Everything was good other than my check out when I waited 20 minutes for a refund because the GM was busy on the phone! Couple minutes fine but not 20!!! All for a code on the debit machine! What happens when your staff at night needs to do a refund??? Once she popped her head out of her office with a very rude look on her face, no apology or acknowledgment from her at all!!!! I won’t be staying again!
