Hotel was really nice. Room was not ready till 5pm. 3rd floor with a hot tub. Hot tub was very nice. The room was ok but no paintings or decorations made it not feel cozy or like home. Lobby sitting area was gorgeous huge fire place. Saw a miniature golf on drive in, which looked fun. Asked for a late check out since we had a lake check in and it’s almost 10pm and have not heard if it will be approved so will assume it’s not. Will be asking for refund for the hour we missed checking in.

Just what we needed after a crazy week: relaxing, great location, beautiful grounds, friendly staff and nice food. The mini golf was cute, the pools were great, my biggest regret is not exploring the surrounding area more.

A wonderful Retreat

We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and the delightful Spa services. Especially appreciate the skill and discretion practiced by the Spa staff who respected our personal privacy while providing for our every need. The restaurant is top level! offering interesting and delicious cuisine, clearly prepared by a master chef.

This place was hyped up to be more than it really is. The rooms were fine and the pool was wonderful. I was disappointed when the front desk gal announced my room number as I’m traveling single and did not need anybody else knowing where I was staying. I felt the restaurant was overpriced, but the bartender was amazing and her name was Meagan.

Accommodations were ok. Rooms were sound proof- However avoid the restaurant at all costs worst experience ever! Staff was lacked all customer device skills we We were basically ignored for the first 20 minutes had to ask for water 3 times while wait staff ignore us and chatted in the corner - Another party has an issue with a food allergy issue and they were yelled at by the waitress severs need basic customer service training _ It was so bad it was almost comical.

The hotel is nice. The facilities are great I recommended utilizng the spa service's. The bath and wrap was so relaxing. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff So friendly, genuinely a great experience

Inexperienced staff. Took over a hour to check in. Cafe/ Merch area closed. Absence of personnel was obvious. No information about amenities. No one in spa area to be found. Waitresses were very nice. Plumbing was very slow to drain. Refrigerator dripped water on our food for 2 days. Fire alarm in room going off couple of times on check out day. Told maintenance would be informed. After 20 minutes waiting to hear something,we packed up and left.

Older Springs Vibe, Family Friendly

We were disappointed there were no outdoor springs but the indoor were fine. Rooms were spacious and large outdoor balcony (with outdoor hottub instructions remaining on the wall which they didnt feel the need to remove lol.) A bit older, more run down in areas with things peeling off the walls but an affordable fun experience for my young kids. We enjoyed the cornhole outside. We wish there was more of a quickservice kid-friendly food option open after 1 (when the cafe closed,) but understand as it wasn't very busy. Staff all very friendly.

Should be earlier check in if you’re not that busy there. Water infused cucumber or lemon around the hotel and pool would have been nice. I didn’t like over looking the parking lot for our marriage 21st Anniversary stay. Our chicken strips were burnt. The laws should be mowed by pool.
