This is a stunning, custom built home right on the marsh in the trendy, up & coming Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston - you're just one mile from the Downtown strip.

Enter into the foyer and go upstairs into the open kitchen, living room, and dining room, flooded with natural light. Enjoy a meal cooked on the gas range, or relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV. There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds on this floor, as well as one full bathroom with walk in shower. Relax with a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the backyard, or gather by the firepit in the evenings.

Continue upstairs to find the other three bedrooms, each with their own king bed, full bathroom, Smart TV, and closet. There is also a washer & dryer upstairs.

There are some train tracks in the area, so you may hear some train whistles during your stay.

We used this house for my family as home base for a quick vacation to Charleston. When we arrived, we went to the Codfather for dinner. It was delicious! On Sunday, we went downtown to the Battery, had a walk around town and went through the market. That evening, we went to the Festival of Lights on John's Island. On Monday, we visited the playground at Park Circle, which is impressive. On the way home, we stopped at the Angle Oak and the Tea Farm.

I will start by saying that the pictures does not do it any justice. The place was clean and extremely beautiful. Everything that was needed, was present and well thought out. I love everything about this location and will definitely be staying here again. The beds and pillows were amazing. I slept like a baby. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and did not require much. Also, the host responded to my questions very quickly.

Fantastic location, house, and backyard
