The place had pretty much everything we needed to stay there! It fit our group of 10 pretty well! It’s also fairly close to downtown and the beach. The host was super accessible!

Surprise birthday

The managee did a grear job communicating with us. Place was clean and close by to what we had planned. However, the photos were incorrect in terms of bow many rooms. One room was a duplicate of the same room which caused confusion about the beds. Small futon was uncomfortable and seem to be broken. Large couch futon could use a puffer mattress for more softness. A fan is needed in living room with bug treatment.

Overall really nice place. Just a hard time to get ahold of property owner via the Vrbo app and wasn’t very accommodating to the fact that I didn’t receive check in details till about an hour after check in time.

Family of 7 and it was enough room for us. Kids really liked it. Has all the basics you need and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Especially loved the fenced in yard for the kids.

Nice but needed some work

This place was very nice there were minor things the celing in living room had visiable water damage and the futon under that water damage was broke. The back yard was very nice and so qas kitchen. Also one of the ice trays was broke.

Chaleston Trip

We had a short 4 day stay in Charleston to visit family during the holidays. The home is a duplex and our neighbors had a party two nights while we were there, and being. duplex, it was rather loud. They also parked in our driveway, which I had to ask to move. Also, the listing states that there is a washer and dryer, but we could not locate a washer and dryer anywhere. Our stay and amenities were comfortable. I would suggest to update your bed and bathroom linens, they were older with lots of wear and tear. Also, the glass shelf in the half bath, across from the toilet, either remove or move up to a higher location. The location was great, being 15 minutes to the airport and about a 40 min drive to the Sullivan Island and Folley beach. Overall, it was a good stay and very affordable.

Great Stay!

The duplex was very clean and maintained. The owner was very helpful and polite. We had plenty of linens and towels. Do to city traffic we were within 45 minutes of Folly beach. There were a few family friendly places very close. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Nice updated small condo. Ceiling needs some work and having to go outside to do laundry was different but nice to have. As for the area not a safe area at all cops were out all the time dealing with calls across the street and down the road. On the corner of the road there was a memorial for someone Who was shot and killed there. If I would have known the area I would not have rented.
