This property was so disappointing the pool area was so unkept weeds growing through grounds around pool both outdoor pools were not filtered well or kept clean. Walking to rooms hallways were filled with trash bags from guests and pool towel/bathroom towels. It felt like a cheap campground. Our Room felt damp and had a musky odor beds were made poorly with lint and hair from previous guests. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend we didn’t even end up staying the entire night and left at 10 pm because how grossed out we were with the conditions of the room.

I was disappointed that I paid a resort fee on top of my room fee and the indoor pool and hot tub was closed, and it looked like they have not offered to use the fire pit in a while Over all it was a nice stay

The hotel is a family destination with pets. Had dogs barking waking us up. The air conditioning unit needs to be replaced, it was sooooo loud! Doors are thin and could hear people in the hall and the elevator all night. Room was clean.

Asked for a quiet room and was put above the outside pool. Adults get quite rowdy and despite quiet hours starting at 10, adults only hours are from 10-11 so you can only imagine... Asked to be switched and no one was at the desk - then finally got ahold of someone and they said no more rooms available. The thermostat didn't work so the room was baking.

My stay was great, my only issue was trying to use my gift certificate I got from my son. The staff did not know how to use it and the manager either. It was not a gift card so they didn’t know how to use it. I will try again on my next getaway.
