Beautiful A frame, Fully decked, 4 bedroom , 2 bath upgraded Cabin Home on private acreage in town on 6 acres. 5 miles to Bass Lake boating, fishing, swimming and restaurants. 1 mi to Center of Ca North fork Health food store, Yoga, Post office and Bass Lake Ranger Station and River hiking and swim in summer.
Great easy to get to ammenities and enjoy back country of Yosemite Scenic by Way to the east for Redinger lake, mammoth pools, and upper cool country or quick north for Bass Lake in 5 miles and Yosemite south gates in 25 minutes.
Home is elegantly and nicely decorated with granite, travertine stone and hardwood oak floors, walk in closets, gourmet stove and views out to the property and Mountains. Master bedroom and second bedroomb both boast king temperpedic beds, and bedroom three and four a queen, with extra day beds in living room for extra guests. Slate shower master bathroom and second bathroom a jacuzzi tub experience with windows to the sacred manzanita forest trees. Walk 1/10 mi to the river and 3/10 mile to swimming at North Fork Community center , pictured. The house layout is sweet and easy and plenty of parking on a large 3 car wide driveway and side parking as well, BBQ looking at the mountains. You will love the ease of our home and quick to all location. Easy to get to three parks of Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon, we are in the middle of all three yet closest to bass lake and yosemite, also consider Shaver Lake in the summer and ski in the winter nearby.
