Built in 1979 and fully renovated with love, this home is designed to create unforgettable memories. Please care for it as if it were your own.

Pool service is every Saturday from 10–11 a.m. You may see the technician during this time — it’s part of keeping the pool clean and ready for everyone to enjoy!

* No parties, events, or receptions are allowed.

* Please keep music and noise at a moderate level, especially between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. to maintain a peaceful environment.

Fishing guidelines

* Guests are welcome to fish, but please do not cook fish inside the home. Use the BBQ grill or fire pit instead.

* Dispose of fish waste only in the trash bin located on the left side of the house (never in the canal, as this may attract wildlife).

* Maximum 4 vehicles, parked only in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Parking on the lawn is not permitted.

* Swimming in the canal is not allowed.

Safety & equipment

* Use of the pool, kayaks, grill, and fire pit is at your own risk.

* Life vests are provided and must be worn when kayaking. Please return kayaks and gear to their original place after use.

Communication with Yanet was wonderful and informative. The property was everything we were looking for as far as a quiet, peaceful, yet welll located home. All we needed was within a half hour, including beaches and fine dining.Even caught a few fish and a blue claw crab right in the backyard. Recommend to all and will definitley be returning.A

This VRBO was everything we could ask for.! Loved the amenities and the little touches all through the house! Thank you for providing an amazing location to Celebrate my Birthday with family and friends! We even got to see a big beautiful iguana and a Manatee... Although half my group missed the manatee because it drifted off too fast for a photo. All I can say is have your camera ready at all times if you're there for the wild life!
