I liked it very much, the room was clean, spacious, the balcony overlooked the trees. We stayed for three nights, two of which were quiet. But the last night in the next room there was a party from 2 am, loud music and noise. We went to the reception, but it was closed. We had to endure the noise, so as not to get involved with a drunken company. But in general the impressions of the hotel itself are very pleasant.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, great for a weekend away. The location is close to Newport which was a plus and the restaurant next to the Inn was amazing.

The hotel staff was pleasant but was office was closed after we checked in. This made it difficult to address the issues we faced. The room smelled of urine and the toilet was not not fully bolted down.

The stay was good. Needed a quick place to stay for a night. I liked that you could get your key at any time. Parking was easy. Nice outdoor area. Room could be better as the bed was not attached to the wall which was a bit annoying but other than that it was good for a night stay.

Run down filthy room, uncomfortable lumpy bed, pubes in the sheets that weren’t mine, paper thin walls and people next-door getting hammered and banging all night long. Miserable experience, stay in a tent or sleep in a car if you need to it’s better than this place

Our room was fine for the one night we spent in it and the restaurant Karie’s that’s right there is amazing, however for the size of the room and lack of amenities, quality of the bed/furniture, the bathroom shower didn’t seem clean either plus it was very small, I found it to be extremely overpriced for not being on the beach or water at all. It was not worth the 368 dollars that we were charged. I don’t think we would ever stay here again for the price.
