Beachfront Studio with a unique sea view balcony, it is located in Kiveri village just few kilometers away from Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus and the most archeological sites in Argolis.
Studio apartment is one large room 30 sqm .
Studio apartment can accommodate 2 adults plus a baby.
Apartment has unique sea view balcony in Argolis gulf like in photos.
Studio apartments consist of a large double bed, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Front of the apartment there is a stony private peaceful beach, only few steps away, enjoying your swimming each time. Furthermore the view from the balcony will strike you, especially the sunrise.
Apartment is located in a quiet place at the edge of Kiveri village and everything you need is located very close by foot.
Taverns, restaurants, bakery and, minimarkets are within walking distance along a walkway which winds along the attractive rocky beach.
Kiveri village is a small fishing village to the sea side of the historical Argolis’s gulf. From there the most famous areas of ancient Epidaurus (45km), Mycenae (20km), Nafplio (12km), ancient Tyrins (12km), Argos (12km) Tolo (20km), ancient Nemea (27km), Korinthos (59km) and ancient Olympia (160km) area easily accessible by car. Athens is only 150km far away by car. In winter if you love skiing or snowboarding Kalavyta (125km) is the best place to visit.
Bus station is only 500m from the apartments. There are routes for Argos all the day making the accessibility at the village easy.

Breathtaking location in a small village
Absolutely breathtaking apartment view! Kiveri was a great tiny town with a bakery, butcher, small grocery store, and multiple restaurants. It is a great town to get away and enjoy peace and quiet. We went for 8 days in December and saw one cloudy day. There is fairly consistent public buses going to Argos and Nafplio - both great towns to explore, especially Nafplio. The bus departs and arrives from the Supermarket and the bus drivers were very helpful. It's 1.80 Euro per person per ride.
The only thing that could be negative is that very few people speak English in Kiveri.

Wonderful stay in a very pleasant appartment, nice and quiet location with a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Very friendly and hospitable people.
Only point of criticism is a disco on the orher side of the sea the whole night on Friday and in the weekend.

Beau studio très bien équipé à quelques marches de la mer

Idyllische plek aan het water in dorpje aan de Golf van Argos
Elke morgen was het uitzicht vanaf het balkon weer een feest: helder blauwgroen klotsend water en aan de overkant glooiende heuvels.
Je kunt met een trap direct naar het (steen)strandje beneden. Het appartement is maar 30 m2, maar heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien: een heel goed tweepersoonsbed, compacte maar prima kookgelegenheid, goede wifi. Vanaf het appartement loop je in een kleine tien minuten langs het water naar het haventje en het dorp.
In de omgeving zijn veel Oud-Griekse bezienswaardigheden, zoals Mycene, het theater van Epidaurus en Nemea. Het populaire en mooie havenstadje Napflio met veel winkeltjes en restaurants is een kwartier rijden.

Lage und Service traumhaft - Anfahrtsbeschreibung absolut ungenügend (Note 6), weil nicht geliefert
Die Lage war, dem Bild entsprechend, wirklich traumhaft, direkt über dem Meer mit genügend Schatten. Das Zimmer wurde mehrmals zwischendurch gereinigt und sogar die Wäsche gewechselt! Toll! Leider haben wir weder eine Adresse noch eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung erhalten, so dass wir die Wohnung eineinhalb Stunden lang suchen mussten.Eine Zumutung ersten Grades!! Die Koordinaten konnten wir nicht verwenden! Ihre App war für uns nicht verwertbar, da wir über ein Microsoft-Smartphone verfügen, das weder Android- noch Iphone-Apps verarbeiten kann. Der Vermieter, den ich angerufen habe, sprach ein Englisch, das am Telephon fast gar nicht, und auch im persönlichen Gespräch kaum zu verstehen war. (Ich spreche und verstehe gut Englisch!) Vor unserer Abfahrt hatte ich Fewo eine e-mail geschickt mit der Bitte um eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Ich habe keine Antwort bekommen; wollen Sie da eine positive Bewertung? Fazit: Die Leistungen vor Ort waren bestens - die Betreuung von Fewo absolut ungenügend!

Sejour dans un très beau cadre
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement et la vue est effectivement conforme à ce que nous avons vu chaque matin. Très bien situé il permet toutes les découvertes du Péloponnèse que l'on veut, il faut seulement aimer un peu les routes de montagne! Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque et, si nécessaire, Christos est facilement joignable par téléphone, MMS ou mail. Le ménage est très bien fait, tous les 3 jours une personne nettoie et change ce qui doit l'être. Attention toutefois: les appartements se situent en dessous du niveau de la route et ne sont donc accessibles que par un escalier (facile, mais 15 marches par étage tout de même). Nous y retournerons volontiers une prochaine fois
