I'm not sure what to say
Check in was easy, no problems! Upon arrival to the room, in general it was clean. There was some things that was not done. There was candy on the floor, you could clearly see the floor wasn't vacuumed all the way. There was underwear still left in the wash machine and the towel holders are cracked. The one in the hallway completely broke, but they fixed it. The TV remote didn't work so we had to manually change the stations and the last things was the wash machine breaking in the middle of my cycle. No one came to check it out and there is no way it just broke the first time I used it. The neighbors were irritating. The next door neighbors to the left played music at disrespectful times, to 2am and the other times starting at 4am. Who does that? Disrespectful and of course the office could do nothing about it. The people above me had a little kid that they just let run back and forth and jumped everywhere. I finally had to say something to them and to the next door neighbors. Both eventually stopped, but why should I have to say something. I probably would stay at the site again, but not at this unit.

We booked last minute. The area was very nice. The Barefoot community is beautiful. All kinds of safe walking/biking paths. We only did activities off property. The location was great and quiet in the evenings.
We arrived late at night. Picked up info packet from lock box. The code for the unit provided did not work. We had to call to get them to reprogram the code so we could get into the unit.
Do not expect to use the pull out couch as a bed. The mattress was so thin and worn out. You could fill every spring in the mattress. It was filthy.
The furniture in the living room was worn out. Needs to be cleaned. The throw pillow cover for chair had a hole in it. There were food crumbs in the chair.
The carpets need to be cleaned. Walking on it throughout the week. The bottom of white socks are not white anymore.
The towel rack in the main bathroom was broken. Lightbulbs were out in that bathroom.
On a good note - all of the appliances worked in the kitchen.
Overall - the property needs some attention and updating.

Peaceful, enjoyable and great location.
It was a great experience. Very comfortable condo, beautiful area, only 10 minutes to the beach. Barefoot Landing was very close and had great shops and restaurants and a fun pirate ship for our grandson to play on. Would love to go back again. Our son-in-law enjoyed fishing almost every day at ponds and piers.
