This upstairs space has a queen bedroom with en-suite bath with shower only, no tub. Also has outdoor private seating area as well as a shared ground level grilling/chilling area including a fire pit and charcoal/gas grill combo, hammock and swing. We are located in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood with sidewalks and a kids park provided by the city of NMB 2 blocks away. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING INSIDE. THESE ARE VERY STRICT RULES. THIS IS A TRI-PLEX LISTING***There is also a listing for the attached 3 Br 2 ba with a separate entrances well as a ground level 2 bedroom unit. All 3 are totally private with separate entrances.
Cameras located on the upper decks as well as the covered parking area for our guests safety and security. NO cameras located inside any of the units in any private spaces.
Raised beach house with covered FREE parking for 2 vehicles.
