The roof was leaking, the pool had green slim at the bottom and was not accessible for 4 days of our 7 days stay, ants infestation in every room, lacking simple cleaning and upkeep of the patio/pool area. This home was not representative of the VRBO standard that we have been accustom for 15 years.

Greatest Birthday Vacation Ever!

I am typically a planner and although, I literally booked this last minute, it was the most perfect find for my birthday vacation away! Being able to relax, enjoy and feel free for once was amazing! I would say, my only complaint was that in the home, there were no further directions for how to use the hot tub or if the pool temperature could be changed. Additionally, with the tv subscriptions, it was unclear as to if we could use any of the profiles within Netflix or Hulu, etc.. other than that, we had a fabulous time and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Thank you!!

Don’t dismiss this fantastic home

The home was as described. The weather was chilly and windy so we didn’t have opportunity to use the pool or spa, but the home had jetted tubs which we took advantage of many times. The home never lost pressure or hot water which was amazing and impressive. All appliances and HVAC worked properly. The management company provides a starter kit for your arrival so you only need to get additional items dependent on the time of your stay. We did the linen and maid departure services which saved us time and effort. I recommend. Check-in and out was an easy process with great communication. I would recommend this home and plan to rent again if we visit Myrtle in the future.
