Privately owned and rented with a personal touch. Property is handled by the owner, a licensed property manager.

Expansive beach with pool, lazy river, hot tub & fitness center. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking desires.
We will provide all guests with a start up of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry supplies, toiletries (shampoo & soap) & dish soap.

We guarantee the property's cleanliness upon your arrival.
All linens are included in your cleaning fee. (24 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 bath mat per bath, 2 wash cloths, 1 sheet set per bed.)

Property host will be available by phone 24/7 for any questions, concerns, etc.

We were a large family visiting for a week and found this condo clean, spacious (for our group of 6 adults and 3 children) and a perfect locatuon close to the beach and a warm pool. This condo is so clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The view from the 18th floor is absolutely beautiful and the condo is actually really nice just like the pictures.
