This facility was fantastic for other families to have their own condos and congregate around the pool as well as the beach.

Travel disaster!

This property is in an excellent location but poorly maintained by the property management company. When we entered the unit it was abundantly clear the condo had not been cleaned in a long time. The unit was filthy, the linens dirty and the bed sheets had not been changed. We could not get ahold of the property management company as both numbers given did not work. I eventually emailed every email address I could find for them. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and spent four hours cleaning and washing all the linens. We came to NMB for my sisters funeral and this fiasco just added another level of stress. When the property manager finally contacted me they made excuses and promises but never followed through with anything. They spoke to me once and then would not respond to email or phone calls. At a minimum, they should have refunded me the cleaning fee. This property management company should be fired.

Nice condo in aging building

Condo was clean, well decorated and well appointed. However the building and this condo had water damage that left it smelling a bit moldy. I reported a mold stain on ceiling near skylight to rental company so hopefully that will get addressed. The building is great because it is on the ocean front and not too crowded as it is not a giant condo so easy to social distance on the beach. The pool was also nice and refreshing and never crowded when we were there. It was comfortable and bright and good for small group or family. Minor aging issues of the whole resort not this condo.
