Great location

The location of the property was great, right on the beach. When getting inside the condo at first glance it looked to be well maintained until you started your stay. On of the bathrooms toilets were rusting, grime abs mildew on the bottom of the glass shower door, not all the TV’s were functional. We are on vacation but at night we had little ones and elders who would like to watch them. The coffee maker was broken and the kitchen sick was filthy. The check in process is ok, it’s a little weird to have to drive to one property to get the key to go to the other where you stay. This was not an issue until you had to be out and keys turned in to the other property by 10am. Check out was a little stressful, the cleaners started knocking on our door at 8:45 wanting us out so they could start. No communication from the host at check in they didn’t make conversation or try to inform us about what all Myrtle Beach had to offer. Overall the property is fine but nothing extraordinary about the service of condo world besides the view.
