property looked clean on initial arrival, but soon noticed cockroaches on the stairs and upstairs bedroom. no brooms or vaccum on site to clean daily. minimal towels in bathrooms, no beach towels. communication with property contact was terrible. no one responded to multiple requests and messages. expedia customer service occassionally responded with texts, but not helpful at all!!
