Main level has completely open floor plan perfect for families or large groups. Sliding doors on the main level open to covered patio & private pool area. All four bedrooms are spacious and have private full baths. Large double garage is a nice upgraded feature of this home. DON'T FORGET the beautiful grounds of North Beach Resort! 2 1/2 acres of pools, lazy river(heated in winter months!), hot tubs, kiddie pool/slide, playground & swim-up bar ~ towels included! Golf cart service runs back/forth between properties for owners & guests. Outstanding gym, sauna, spa & several restaurants and coffee shop on property. Easy walk across the street to Barefoot Landing offering many restaurants, brewery, incredible fenced kid park, House of Blues, shopping and more.
