Mar Vista 1103 Oceanview w/indoor & outdoor pools

This 3 Br condo in Mar Vista Grande on the 11th floor with elevator access. Private balcony accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 11th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen with white cabinets, flat screen TVs, crown molding in the living room. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

** Please Note -- The Indoor Pool will be closed from April 1st for appx. 6 weeks for renovations. ** Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. The whole process went so smoothly, from booking online to receiving your information at least two days before your trip is to begin to checking in. Everything was perfect. The room was fantastic. Everything you could think you would ever need is in that room or in the cage to take to the beach. The entire facility was great the pools there was something going on by the pool every day. The location on the beach was great.
