This upstairs duplex unit is located just steps away from the crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches of Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach and is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing getaway. This oceanside 2-bedroom unit is located upstairs in a duplex.

*Pets will need to be pre-approved prior to booking
*Please keep dog crated when you're not at the unit
* Please do not wash pet in tub. Use outdoor shower.
*We accept up to 2 dogs per stay
*If you sneak in a dog, we will ask you to leave.
*Backyard fence is not completely fenced in
*Service Dogs are welcome. Service dogs should be with Handler at all times. If the dog is left unattended it will be turned over to animal control
*We love dogs, but please be considerate of neighbors if your dog is a consistent barker. We recommend a barking deterrent or take dog with you when you leave the unit
* Dogs are not allowed on linens. Please bring a dog cover if you want your dog to sleep on the bed with you

There is a $1500 fine for parties/events and you will be evicted with no refund
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the unit or sunroom. Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 fee for odor removal.
★ No refunds for storms or power outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. If there is a storm during your reservations, we recommend you come prepared with bottled water and non perishable items
Ask me about one other unit next door and one unit downstairs to rent out. Each unit sleeps six. You can rent the entire 3 units to accommodate 18 guests or rent two units to accommodate 12!
We offer complimentary ground coffee, K cups sweetener, creamer and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. More supplies can be purchased at Kroeger or Walmart just one mile away
Loni's Beach Oasis is situated in a prime location within minutes to all attractions and for beach goers and golfers alike, an ideal escape for the whole family and your furry friend.
The outdoor shower is common use for all 3 units. The 6 patio chairs and table is shared with downstairs unit
It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in tropical climate. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with monthly pest control, there is always the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors closed to help keep any possible insects out.
Things to note:
*Late check out without prior notice can result in additional fees
*We are located in a dog friendly neighborhood amongst beautiful homes. Please clean up after your dog
*Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-8am
*All guests that book this home will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to security deposit hold. The Refundable Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for any damages, excessive cleaning or unauthorized dog. Check in may be delayed if these are not completed within 2 hours of arrival
* There is a 4% cancellation fee for credit card processing
