POOL RULES

• Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Outdoor pool (not heated)
• Pool deck with lounge seating
• Guests must follow all posted pool rules
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No glass or breakable items allowed in the pool area

PET RULES

• Dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $75 pet fee paid at booking.
• If bringing a pet, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
• Only one dog is permitted, and it must weigh 40 lbs or less.
• All pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and under control at all times.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning charges.

SMOKING & GRILLS

• No smoking inside the unit, on porches, or within 25 feet of any building. If there is any sign of smoking in the unit or on the enclosed patio, there will be an automatic $200 fee collected for extra cleaning and air clean.
• No grills within 25 feet of buildings or in walkways/pool areas


PARKING

• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per reservation
• A parking tag is required and must be displayed at all times
• Guest parking areas must be used as directed on-site
• No trailers, boats, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed
• Motorcycles and golf carts are permitted only in designated areas and must follow community rules
• Do not park in handicap spaces without proper authorization
• Vehicle washing is not permitted on the property

TRASH

• All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the designated dumpster areas
• Do not leave trash outside of the dumpster or in common areas
• Large items (furniture, boxes, appliances) may not be disposed of on the property

POOL RULES

• No glass or breakable items are allowed in the pool area
• No loud music, parties, or disturbances
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Proper swimwear is required
• No pets allowed in the pool area
• All posted pool rules must be followed

NOISE & COMMUNITY RULES

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or disruptive behavior
• Please be respectful of neighbors at all times
• Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their group

PROPERTY & COMMON AREAS

• Do not leave personal items (chairs, towels, bikes, etc.) in common areas
• Hallways, stairways, and shared spaces must remain clear at all times
• Bicycles should be stored in designated bike racks
• Please be respectful of shared spaces and neighboring units
