Ocean Keyes is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This beautiful gated community is located 2 streets across from the ocean. This 3rd floor unit has an elevator and also has a great view over-looking the peaceful, fountain Lake. The property features 6 pools thru-out, a game room and a fitness center. It's close to Main Street as well as Hwy 17. Public beach accesses and parking are every few blocks in North Myrtle Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach. Unit 2036 has a HDTV flat screen in the living room and an XBOX in the 2nd bedroom. Total of three TV's. Very tastefully decorated. If you are looking for your home away from home, then this neighborhood is for you. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. Two parking passes allowed per condominium.

Good place, close to beach with friendly people

We had a great time. The place was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach. We weren’t aware until after booking that the pools were closed and would have liked it to be clearer on the listing. Pools were open in SC so we thought they would be at this location.

Great visit!

The property was great the air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived and I called and they had someone out to fix it within 2 or 3 hours and had it working. We had a great stay and enjoyed wonderful weather.

Great location!

Within 5 minutes drive time to the beach. Close to Walmart, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. Property was clean and family friendly.
