This unit sleeps up to six people, and boasts beautiful, comfortable furnishings. Crescent Dunes is a nonsmoking building situated along the widest portion of the beach, where you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. After you have had your seaside fun, you can relax in the oceanfront pool, barbeque on one of the grills, or just sit and read a fun book on the deck. If enjoying the Grand Strand has completely worn you out, you will be extra thankful for the elevator service and ample parking. You can enjoy flat screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, and free wireless internet can keep you connected even as you get away. Come and enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, and let Crescent Dunes be your home away from home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Perfect quiet condo with beautiful view off balcony.

Furniture was up to date and comfortable. Nice TVs in all rooms. Kitchen had enough dishes (we mostly ate in the condo because I was traveling with elderly parents). Elevator was always prompt - - and the beautiful beach was very close - - steps away. The added fireworks on July 4 were very fun to watch.

Beautiful, clean, and on the beach!

Just as listed and described! Looks newly renovated. Spacious for our family of 4 and our dog with 3 bedrooms-2 Kings and 1 Queen bed. Large tv and nice kitchen. This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in!

We loved our condo! Completely updated, spotless, w gorgeous views of the beach right from your bed. Our kids loved the pool, and the beach was only steps away. Jeanne was very easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions promptly. We highly recommend this condo, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great week! We were very happy with our stay at 402. One of the more relaxing vacations we have had in a while. I loved hearing the waves crash all week and witnessed some of the most beautiful sunrises. We would definitely stay there again.

Winter get away

The unit is gorgeous and very comfortable. The property manager is fantastic. Few downsides. The pictures depict a beautiful pool and sun deck for use. Both were closed and not able to be used. I feel that should have been disclosed as I feel like we paid for those amenities. Also building repairs were being done every day. Legit every day, even weekends. for the 3 weeks we were there. Also, the stairway doors to the building never seemed to be shut and didn't seem able to be shut completely, which didn't feel secure to me, even though it seems to be a very safe area. It's not a fully locked building.

Great place and host - ski in/out info

The place was great and was as advertised. The only thing to note, was that the ski in and out is a bit tricky to find the paths so make sure you ask about it before you strike out. There is a short walk to the ski out - but no longer than walking from a parking lot to a lift. On the way back, you really need to to watch for the path back as it's different that the ski out. When we were here, the run that accessed the path was not open/groomed so there was a short traverse to get to the trail - no big deal once you've found it. The path winds past a few condos and you can ski almost to your condo with a very short walk through the parking lot of the condo uphill and then down to your unit. We would stay here again...Thanks you.

Wonderful beach week

We stayed at this condo for the first time this summer. It was very modern and filled all of our needs. Just steps away from the beach ⛱️ and really close to all of our favorite restaurants. We will stay here again in the future.

Great Pet-Friendly Stay at the Beach

THANK YOU so much for this wonderful unit and experience! It was exactly like the pictures. We wanted a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly beach front place to call “home” for the week and we got it with unit 402. Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as listed on the site. It was a nice cozy condo and well decorated. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Our dog even loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the beach. It was a quiet place to stay. We saw a lot of people with dogs but all the dogs were well behaved. This is a nice quiet place to stay and it was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We hope to stay here again.

Paradise at the beach
