Awesome condo.

The master bedroom was perfect. We had our own door to the balcony and the floor to ceiling windows were perfect for watching the ocean. Of all my stays in hotels, I have to say the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on. Soft sheets and coverings and the different firmness of the pillows made both of us happy. Having our own bathroom in our bedroom was very nice. The 2nd bedroom was perfect with its own access to the 2nd bathroom. The living room was not too small and sat 4 of us comfortably. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pizza from the café was delicious. Im happy they had a broom to sweep up the sand bc sand gets everywhere. The view from the balcony was amazing. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Amazing view, clean and the layout is great. My best friend had this identical unit on another floor but there’s is more updated. It was a reasonable rent $ which is a better price point than a up to date unit. I’m frugal so I was good with it. I would rent it again.

Loved the spacious place. Adorably decorated. Full kitchen with lots of room. We picked this room specifically for the hardwood flooring in every room. Unfortunately, the floors were extremely dirty. They were swept but within one hour of walking around, our feet and socks were almost black. We will book again but call for extra cleaning next trip.

The bad first...air conditioning in the unit wasn't cool enough. The unit had a musty smell. Not bad enough to worry about but musty nontheless. The toilet in the bathroom off the spare bedroom never flushed correctly. The water pressure in the master sink was almost nonexistent. Now the good...the staff in the resort restaurants was very friendly. There are lots of pool options and they were all heated although could've been a lottle cleaner but my son loved it overall. The property felt safe and everything was easily accessible

Nice clean facility. The TV in the main suite was old and was making a loud noise. Swapped out with 2nd bedroom TV, the second toilet would barely flush, no water pressure in master bedroom sink, the washer and dryer were both exceptionally loud and there was a note on the thermostat not to turn below 72 or the unit would freeze up. If I would have known about the restrictions on the AC unit I would’ve never booked the room. Pools were nice, fast elevators, well insulated rooms and between floors could not hear other guests.

Needs an update

Not too happy with this stay. The pictures do not show the wear and tear in this condo. The kitchen cabinets look awful as well as the fridge. Everything just just cheap and not what we thought it would be. Also they drained the lazy river and were fixing the tile. And the ice cream shop was closed. I also waited 20 minutes to get towels. Will not stay again.

First off, the kids loved the pool. When you are paying close to 1500 for three days, you are expecting for decent service and decor. This was like a giant motel 8 with a poor renovation. All I have to say is water and carpet does not mix.

Quiet get away

The unit was clean, well decorated, and online photos represented the unit. 17th floor balcony. The beds were clean and comfortable, showers were hot with great pressure, the kitchen was equipped. The parking garage was not ideal, but I was able to find a space easily. The outside hallways, common areas, and pools could be better maintained. Great stay for the price.
