There was nothing wrong with the rental itself. Unfortunately, they are building a high rise between this building and the oceanfront. Every morning at 7:00am even on Saturday the crews were out banging away on anything they possibly could to wake everyone up. There was no sleeping in this week. We stayed here last year and really liked place that is why we rented again. There always seems to be some construction going on as well. Last year I would hear a loud buzzing noise starting at 8:00. I figured it was just the unit above having some work done to it, but no, it was a hammer drill porting holes to run new conduit for something. Same noise two years in a row. Not sure how often they are running new conduit. There was also work being done on the fire sprinkler system. Fortunately, they were doing that at night. Unfortunately, they hit a water supply line, flooded the stairs and set the fire alarm off at 3:00 in the morning.Don’t get me wrong, I really do like this place, but you would think that all the construction work on this building would have been completed in the offseason when the building wasn’t full.
