Nice condo, nice view. Exactly what I was looking for.

This is a nice condo. It is on the 6th floor which is the first floor above the parking deck so you have a great view of the beach below. You are also overlooking the dunes, not a swimming pool which is also nice and keeps things quiet and a more private feeling. I highly recommend and will stay again. The balcony also had high bar stools and a nice table to have meals and an unobstructed view over the balcony rail. Only very minor complaint is the freezer door top tray has to be placed back on track everytime you open the freezer. Maybe we were doing something wrong....

Nice, spacious, secure condo - great location

Access to all buildings/elevators, pools is by key only making the building very secure. The condo is very nice, and has a great view. The lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub are just steps away from the unit for a quick dip. They are on the western side of the building so they don't get direct sun until early evening, making them very pleasant and refreshing. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, and the living room is furnished with 2 sofas and a nice chair. Easily accommodated 4 adults. Kitchen is nicely furnished with everything you would need. Coffee pot is combo 12 cup/single pod. Unit is easy walking to the inlet just 1/2 mile away - and the sunrises are breathtaking.

Beautiful beach, comfy condo

Very comfortable and great location. Condo has everything you need and the lazy river is a definite plus. Easier beach access than I would’ve thought from 6th floor. Definitely would stay again.

We will definitely be back to this property, it was a perfect location. Easy access to the beach, convenient elevator and the pools were a refreshing break to the heat of the beach.

Our stay at the property was very enjoyable. We would recommend it to anyone. We never had any problems with the exception of our parking. Obviously we can't park straight. We were told to move the car off the parking line. But they were polite about it. The TVs could be bigger. The only other item would be for the tires to be aired up on the luggage dollies. However, these were very small items. The lazy river and hot tub were conveniently outside our room which made it super easy for my elderly dad to get to. This was another nice feature. They have a pool by the beach and a lazy river and hot tub on the 6th floor. You will definitely get you choice of pools at this property. The room was very clean and plenty of room for a grandpa and 2 teenagers. The bedroom furniture could be updated and mattresses were a little too firm. It was very basic. The kitchen was well supplied with coffee maker, can open, blender, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is definitely a plus with teenagers. I loved the leather couches and laminate flooring especially for wet and sandy bathing suits and feet. Overall, the property was very clean, air conditioning worked well. The walls were well insulated. We never heard any noise from next door or from pool area outside the door. We would definitely come back and stay at the same property.

Had some problems with caked on food on dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Maybe they were put away dirty. First bathroom on left as you enter has the hot water faucet reversed. Took a couple of cold showers before I realized that. Loved the pools and lazy river. Easy access to the beach was great.
