Family vacation

The property was beautiful, we did not have a rental car but we were able to take the free shuttle to the beach and to Barefoot Landing. We also were able to have groceries delivered from a nearby Food Lion. We did have an issue with the dishwasher but the property manager had responded very quickly. Plenty of room for our family of 8.

Far from being ready to be rented out

It is shameful to rent out the TOWNES AT BAREFOOT 5129 where we stayed. This is not properly equipped and furnished for anyone with a minimum quality standard. The list of basic things that were missing being too long, I will only point out that there is not even a toaster. ELLIOT BEACH RENTALS would benefit from having a checklist of essential items to be provided by the owner before agreeing to rent a property. As for Elliott's services, the cleanliness left something to be desired and a nauseating smell of floors washed with stinking water reigned throughout our stay. I will also add that I do not find it normal to have to make the beds on arrival and put the sheets back in a bag on departure when the invoice indicates "ALL INCLUSIVE LUXURY PRICE".
