Tell-tale bed bug equipment and mold! This hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, but my guests left after one night because it smelled like mold and the beds were outfitted for bed bugs. This would be a very popular hotel if it were renovated.

The room was very nice and AC worked great. The breakfast was okay, it was what a lot of hotels give in the morning complimentary, so I expected something a little more. The host was super nice but overwhelmed with coffee and checking the food that people stood at the podium for 2-5 minutes not sure if they should wait or seat themselves.

Staff was great and the room was clean but the room itself seemed old and in need of a refresh. Not the decor as much as the cracks in the wall, and an outdated bathroom with loose fixtures and old tile in the shower. The exterior and property were nice though.

For the most part, the place was great! There were several outlets that didn't work, so we had to move things around to plug in some of our essentials. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the place was clean.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and wherever someone can touch with fingers is dirty. The walk in shower was big just has mold on ceiling. Not sure what has happened to Best Western or if it was just this one. It’s close to lots of stuff around the city.
