The primary Suite offers a private sanctuary, while two additional bedrooms provide comfort for family or guests. PRIVATE POOL
A Saltwater Pool and Spa, thoroughly screened so you can enjoy an insect-free environment for lounging poolside or preparing dinner on the BBQ. The pool has a removable safety fence that keeps little ones from accidentally wandering into the pool.
NOTE: Pool/Spa heating is optional. There is an additional charge for heating the Pool and Spa.

FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room contains a leather sectional sofa with a chaise lounge, coffee table, and reading lamp. In addition, there is a 65" flat panel TV and an assortment of games and books. The Sliding doors open to the pool.

KITCHEN
This full-sized kitchen contains all the comforts of home and a breakfast bar with stools. The large side-by-side stainless steel fridge/freezer dispenses ice and filtered water through the door. The Stove is a flat cooktop range that is easy to keep clean, with an over-the-stove microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets contain dishes, silverware, glassware, baking & cookware, cookie sheets, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Add food from the nearby grocery store, and you're ready for a vacation full of gourmet dining.


BEDROOMS
Primary Suite: This room has a king-size bed with nightstands. The Amoire includes a 46" TV and a sliding door walk out the lanai. The primary bath area contains a long counter with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, a garden tub, a separate toilet, a closet and a ceiling fan.

LOCATION
The property is located between Punta Gorda and Venice, Florida. The property has easy access to Interstate 75.
Airports - Ft Meyers and Sarasota airports are 45 Min away, and Tampa is 1.5 hours away. Orlando and Fort Lauderdale are 2.5 hours away.

DINING ROOM
The formal dining room is spacious. The table is glass with wrought iron and has seating for six.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The Laundry room contains a front-load washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

SECURITY CAMERAS - There are NO Security Cameras in the house or living spaces.
The property has security cameras monitoring the exterior and garage of the house. You may view the security camera monitor at any time during your visit.
NOTE: One camera in the pool area points towards the house. On arrival, we will put a mask on that camera. A mask means that the camera records black.

PARKING - Outdoors in the driveway.

GARAGE
Contains Pool noodles, Cooler, Beach chairs for the sand and water, Beach umbrellas, and children's toys for the beach

HOUSE RULES
Your reservation must state the number of adults and children staying in the house. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
