the staff that works the evening in the restaurant have to be trained to deal with people my wife nd sister herd the girls being kind of rood to the customers,sevice was real slow no one should have to or be told that it would be 45 min. till they get their food.other services were good

The hotel is larger than what it appears when you first arrive. It wraps right around the back and side. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and I could see the ferries from my window. It was nice to be on the second floor without anyone above you. There is a restaurant and bar right off the entrance when you come in so it was very convenient to go down for dinner. There roast beef dinner was to "die" for along with their carrot cake for dessert. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had waiting for the ferry. Keep up the fantastic job!!!

Our check-in was great. Very friendly, helpful staff. They were very informative and pleasant. We called ahead to let them know we would be late checking in and they were so polite and assured us our room would be there for us.

The room was clean, was nice & quiet, beds were comfy. Only thing my husband and I were not a fan of was room had an odour when you arrived, my husband is sensitive to fragrances and that was the only thing we didn’t care for. The lobby staff were great, and the waitress in the restaurant was very friendly. Overall we would come back and will definitely recommend!
