The location was perfect, and the place was nice except that the AC was broken every day. I had to fight with the property management company daily to get someone to look at it. I asked for a partial refund and have yet to hear anything from them. I also asked for an early check-in. I was told they checked with the cleaning company and that I could check in early. We got to the room to find that the cleaning company hadn't cleaned the room yet—towels and sand on the floor, beds unmade, crumbs on the end tables. Then we had to find something to do for an hour while they cleaned the room.
