Homeowners/caretakers will be onsite in guesthouse and back yard behind main house, with family pets. Thoroughly cleaned, however home is shared with pets in off-season, some allergen may be present. Ceiling fans and bay breezes, no air conditioning. Kitchen was designed in a simpler time, no dishwasher. Full main floor laundry.
