There were a few issues that concerned us. It stated 3 bedrooms true,but did not say you needed to go through a bedroom to get to the master BR. The Master BR shower was very small, water pressure was low. Not pleased with it at all. I went to open a cabinet door to look for a towel and the door fell off. I proped it back.The spare BR on the right had a significant opening at the bottom of the window losing AC and admitting heat into the room along with insects. Overall.....it was a place to sleep for a night. I was happy with the comfort overall, but it is obvious this place could be really nice but needs some tender loving maintenance upkeep. Then it would be worth the cost to rent. Plus!!!! the picture window on the front porch would fog over and a previous renter left a personal and not a note for a kid to read to a specific person and called her by name. That window needs to be CLEANED!
