Horning village, a picturesque broadland village with riverside inns, restaurants, a selection of small shops and tea shops, is just a couple of minutes away. BeWILDerwood, an outdoor tree top adventure park makes a great day out for children, or there is Wroxham Barns just a short drive away. Wroxham is known as the "Capital of the Broads", with its selection of waterside cafés, restaurants and pubs. Sandy beaches can be reached within 11 miles where you can experience the delights of the coastal villages. Alternatively, spend a day in the city of Norwich, 9 miles, with its cathedral, museums, theatres and a vast array of cafés and shops. There is a boat mooring to the front of the property and an 8 seater launch and fuel is available on request from the owner in advance of arrival, a £100 security deposit is payable for use of the boat. Please advise 14 days prior to arrival if you require use of the boat.
The downstairs bathroom has a 5 foot bath and also a wet room style shower for disabled access.
The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
