Sunny 1850 farm house and pond

Close to the towns of Norwich (VT) and Hanover (NH) our house is peaceful, spacious and cozy. It's south facing with a beautiful pond just in front of the house. A land trust keeps the adjacent land pastoral and perfect for long walks, mountain biking or x-c skiing in the woods. Property has 8 acres - with badminton, croquet, paddle boarding and swimming in the pond, reading in the hammock. Inside is a ping pong table, games, wood stoves and paintings by artist owner Jay Mead (jaymead.net)

Lovely old farmhouse from the 1850s. Kitchen, dining area, living room, games room with extra sitting area and large screen for movies. 3 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom downstairs. Pull out queen couch bed in the ping pong room.
