Brand new property. Modern, quiet and clean. It isn't a big space but has everything you need. Free street parking is available.

Cool haven

Very stylish apartment which is a cool haven in the heat of the day. It's spacious with all the amenities that you could want. A short walk will take you to the main streets of Noto where there are plenty of fine buildings to see and lots of restaurants and bars to sit and watch the world go by. Ester really could not be more helpful from checking in, through advice on where to visit and places to eat and drink to checking out again. We wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

Il proprietario ci ha riservato un pessimo benvenuto, lo abbiamo dovuto aspettare per più di un’ora chiamandolo ripetutamente, e in oltre ci ha pure preso in giro continuando a risponderci che sarebbe arrivato tra 5 minuti. All’interno della casa c’è sempre stata una puzza inspiegabile di fumo che dava fastidio per chi come noi non è un fumatore. La casa si trova affianco a una strada molto rumorosa. Non ascoltate i consigli del proprietario che cercherà sempre di mandarvi a mangiare da suo cugino (tipico comportamento del sud) dove ovviamente la cucina è scadente! Nella cucina della casa mancano parecchie cose, non c'è nemmeno una padella, ci sono solo pentole. Valutate voi se il gioco vale la candela

casa nuova e ben curata

casa in centro a noto, con il parcheggio in strada vicino se non davanti a casa.a 5min a piedi dal centrodi NOto. Ottima posizione logistica per poi spostarsi nelle varie localita di mare. ottima comunicazione con la locatrice Ester. puntuale e precisa in ogni comunicazione.
