OUR OPINION: Charming apartment tastefully renovated in an old farmhouse. Large living rooms. Very large terrace located to the EAST, sheltered from the wind, with a clear panorama. Very nice decoration. Dream vacations in an authentic setting. Note: kitchen / dining room with a height of 1m80 max.

Possibility of renting the reference chalet Le Mazot (La Ferme des Frasses), to accommodate 14 people nearby.

This splendid farm, fully renovated, is made of 2 apartments: the ground floor is for rental, and the second floor is occupied by the owners on an occasional basis. Both rental accommodations have been carefully renovated, while preserving the authenticity and charm of the surroundings.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Les Frasses, or NDB 1450, is a sunny area and one of the entrance door of Espace Diamant ski area for good skiers. Attention, car essential.

In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 9km from the chalet.

Une vue magnifique

Un chalet atypique de savoie, tout en bois, un vrai cocon. On a adoré le confort. Le plus peut être pour nous , personne dans le logement du dessus, lors de notre séjour.

Le point négatif pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée ni au départ alors que le chèque de caution est gardé 10 jours après. Pas très sérieux car on ne peut pas constater avec l’agence.
