My room was lovely and clean and the cleaning lady folded up my towels and things and made it nice the next morning after I had rushed out leaving them on the chair which she really didn’t have to do! So thank you. Spokes cafe also allowed Luna my dog in to be with me for breakfast and lunch the next day. We had a few lovely walks round the water and enjoyed the pretty area of the university. Reception lady was lovely as well. A good stay!

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were great with plenty of choice. The spacious building with its bright public areas is elegant and restful. It was a pity there was no food available in the evenings, but it was easy to get a cab and sample other delights in the city.

Only stays for a single stop, have stayed at the Orchard on a number of occasions and hoped that the Jubilee might be similar. Positives, room was spacious with nice view of pond. Breakfast staff lovely and great selection of food. Not so good- entering the main building receptions carried on their personal conversations while I waited for them to finish!! Really basic level of meet and greet- don’t ignore the customer as they walk in the door! Bed was agony as described by other reviews and pillows hard ended up using duvet folded up. Noise agony and reverberates around the corridor.
