The hotel, staff and room were great - however my room opened up onto the atrium and everything that happened downstairs I could hear in my room on the 2nd floor! Turned the tv up and couldn’t hear much, but was awoken by noisy guests a few times!

Staff very friendly and helpful room lovely and warm when I checked in quite late in the evening as I was visiting family in hospital very clean and quiet ideal for anyone travelling to queens medical centre in Nottingham to see family one gentleman on reception on Thursday 15 th January 2026 made my trip he was brilliant also the reception is open 24hours
