Wasn’t given access until 7:15pm despite trying!

Lock box code was not given until 7:15pm following 2 hours on the phone messaging on online chats and calling. The wrong phone number is on the hotels.com information. Owner only contactable by mobile that we eventually got from expedia but the phone was turned off. All our evening plans were ruined. Also single beds are very narrow but accommodation was fine once you get in.
