Great location and views. Rooms a bit dated. It had a basic kitchen if you wanted to cook. One receptionist was very friendly. Apartment good size, we had 4 adults. Room also had a couch bed that was also comfortable. We didn't eat at hotel. Room not serviced for the 3 nights we were there. We ran out of toilet paper, reception have us more. The fire alarm went off 1x during the day + then at night, which were false alarms and seemed to be a common issue when reading the reviews.

The room (Jnr suite) was clean, comfortable & spacious with fridge, microwave & small hotplate in kitchenette but lighting, especially in kitchen & lounge was poor. When it was windy, the balcony roof caught the wind & it roared & rattled all night, but there were block out curtains in the bedroom. Parking was undercover which was great, & unusual in the area! The revolving restaurant had good quality food, but only 2 expensive choices - steak or fish!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel in Nouméa. Our room was spacious and had everything our family of four needed. The kitchenette was a huge bonus, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals and keep costs down during our holiday. The room was clean on arrival, with fresh, comfortable linen. We were aware before arriving that housekeeping is provided on request rather than automatically, and it was easy to organise whenever we needed it. The views from our room were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay. The location was excellent, an easy walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and cafés, and two fantastic playgrounds that our kids absolutely loved. It made exploring the Anse Vata area so convenient for our family. The pool was another drawcard. Although it isn't heated (so it was a little chilly during our winter visit), it was beautifully maintained and a lovely place to relax. The gym was well equipped, and we also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the bar. What really made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was friendly, patient with our very limited French, and always happy to help, including arranging taxis whenever we needed them. Overall, the Ramada offered excellent value for money, especially for families looking for comfortable accommodation with self-catering facilities in a great location. We'd happily stay here again.

The room is really large, as is the balcony. The price we paid was very economical, so we felt we got what we paid for. The staff at the sports bar were particularly lovely! I think the pool surrounds should be updated - perhaps pave it so you aren't walking through dirt to get into the pool. But the pool is lovely once you are in.
