Qdo chegamos o quarto que nos foi oferecido estava com a cama desarrumada como se tivesses sido usada. O único ponto negativo é não diz respeito ao hotel em si, é aquele fica na entrada de nova Petrópolis é bem longe do centro pra ir a pé, eu e meu esposo tentamos, mas não deu porque tem uma parte que não tem calçada dificultando e não tem Uber, tivemos que esperar o ônibus, fora isso o hotel é maravilhoso!
